HustleGrow Web Design provides web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Website hosting and domain management
  • Website maintenance and updates
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Technical support

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Service Agreement

Upon engaging our services, you will receive a detailed proposal and service agreement outlining:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Project timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Revision policy
  • Ownership and intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit required to commence work
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
  • Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

For hosting and maintenance services, payment is due monthly or annually in advance, depending on the chosen plan.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure all content provided is owned by you or properly licensed
  • Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content created specifically for your project. HustleGrow Web Design retains the right to:

  • Use the completed work in our portfolio
  • Reference the project for promotional purposes
  • Retain ownership of any pre-existing code, templates, or frameworks used

7. Revisions and Changes

Our service packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes may require a revised proposal and additional fees.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period (as specified in your service agreement) during which we will fix any bugs or issues related to our work at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party modifications, hosting problems outside our control, or changes requested by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

HustleGrow Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date
  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable
  • Client will receive all completed work and assets

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malmö, Sweden.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
